The Story Behind Sadaasji

The story behind Jaxboks begins with a dear friend of my mothers. She went to The Worlds Fair in Tennessee and came across a unique wooden handbag. She gave it to my mom as a gift, and my mom has had her handbag for over 20 years. Everytime she would carry her handbag, she would get compliments all the time. So one day we decided to make a wooden handbag ourselves. My family and I went and brought some wood and starting cutting and shaping and before we knew it we created our first wooden handbag.

We started our company in the summer of 2002 and since then we have been creating different designs and coming up with innovative ideas. Each handbag is handmade and will be slightly different from one another. Each year we come out with a new line of handbags so stayed tuned for next seasons line !

Honoring The Brand

The brand name is Sadaasji pronounced (Sa-dah-G ) Which is now the new Jaxboks. Jaxboks is the company name and Sadaasji is the brand name of the handbag collections.
